Lexicon is India’s first and leading online medical magazine, conceptualized and operated by medical students. It was established by a group of enthusiastic medical students in 2012. Our aim is to provide a platform for the members of the medical fraternity to showcase their talents. We publish four editions annually in January, April, July, and October, featuring scientific and academic articles, interviews with eminent medical personalities, satire, and food for thought, along with college updates and much more.
Our first edition, CANCEROUS VALENTINE, was published in December 2012. As of now, we have published over 46 editions as we enter our 12th year and countless blogs. We have featured interviews with inspiring human beings in the likes of Dr. Devi Shetty. Over the past decade, Lexicon has grown to involve over 21,000 subscribers and enjoys a consistent readership across 150 medical colleges and four continents. We grew from a magazine and blog to hosting our own virtual award show – THE COVID STARS AWARDS, hosting podcasts, and with a team filled with creative and talented minds, we only aspire to expand further and higher.
